A Wednesdays Workout

Wednesday… midweek and you’ve lost all motivation, know the feeling?

It’s not Monday but Friday still seems so far away, here’s a workout that’ll kick those Wednesday Woes!

 

What you’ll need: a space large enough to jump around in 

 a yoga/exercise mat or towel

stopwatch/ stopwatch app on your phone

 

This workout is a 5-minute hit workout it gets your heart rate up and targets all main areas of your body. you set your stopwatch to lap 1minute then you completeimg_4576 the exercise and get up and do jumping jacks until the minute is up. so say it took you 40 second to do your 10 squats, that would mean for those remaining 20 seconds your doing jumping jacks.

There’s no rest between exercises but you do get a 3minute break between sets.

                                                let’s go!

  1.  10 press-ups + jumping jacks for the remaining time

  2.  10 squats + jumping jacks for the remaining time

  3.  10 situps + jumping jacks for the remaining time

  4. 30-second plank + jumping jacks for the remaining time

  5. 10 bicycles* + jumping jacks for the remaining time

 

*bicycles are an ab exercise that targets your obliques. lie on the ground with your hands by your ears, bring the opposite knee towards the opposite elblow and switch without toucing your feet off the floor.
